Origen familiar

Carrella és un projecte familiar arrelat a la terra i al territori del Pallars. Va néixer el 14 d’abril del 2020 amb la voluntat de donar valor al producte de proximitat i promoure una manera més conscient d’alimentar-nos i de cuidar-nos. Treballem amb ametlles de producció pròpia i amb processos artesanals per crear productes naturals i de qualitat. El nostre objectiu és connectar la terra, la producció i les persones, contribuint a una alimentació més natural i a una economia local més viva.
